Sulla base della delibera del Collegio dei Docenti del 29 Ottobre 2019, si invitano i docenti e il personale Ata in servizio, in possesso dei requisiti previsti, a presentare la propria richiesta di partecipazione al progetto Erasmus + ka 101 “EDUCATIVE DIDACTIC INNOVATION AND NEW METHODOLOGIES “EDU-ACTIVE-ME” Codice progetto: 219-1-IT02-KA101-061394.

Si ricorda che i CRITERI DI SELEZIONE per il Job Shadowing sono i seguenti:

1) Competenze digitali, di cittadinanza europea, inclusione scolastica e di gestione
2) Essere disponibili a lavorare alla pianificazione, realizzazione e implementazione di tutto il progetto e partecipare a tutte le riunioni organizzative;
3) Pianificare le mobilità e collaborare con la Dirigente e la segreteria nella loro realizzazione.

Ai partecipanti al progetto sarà richiesto di:
- osservare le metodologie d’insegnamento e l’ambiente di apprendimento della scuola ospitante, tenendo traccia con fotografie, riprese video, note scritte;
- redigere una relazione finale dettagliata, da pubblicare anche su piattaforma Mobility Tool, in cui esprimere le proprie riflessioni sull’efficacia dell’attività svolta a livello professionale e personale;
- svolgere una “sperimentazione" nelle proprie aule attuando quanto osservato all’estero;
- tenere un diario di bordo dettagliato delle attività proposte in aula;
- divulgare e disseminare i risultati del progetto (job shadowing e ricaduta in aula) all’interno e all’esterno dell’Istituto, anche attraverso attività di tutoraggio verso i colleghi di disciplina;
- fornire materiali utili ad implementare il sito web dell’Istituto.

JOB SHADOWING
Participants intend to spend 4 hours a day at host schools, observing the following plan:
1.General Information & Description of host schools
2. Schools structures and organisations
3. Curriculum structures and provisions
4. Impact on the variuos subjects
5. Sharing good practice
6. Guided tours /cultural activities: Explore the local towns
7. Have a look at the schools' environments
Our participants will arrange to observe lessons within or outside the subject specialism and make notes of the following areas:
a) Learning objectives & outcomes
b) Structure of the lessons
d) Differentiation (by outcome/task) – How does the teacher cater for different abilities?
e) Teaching techniques used (starter/plenary activities/games)
An important aim is to find resources/authentic documents to bring back with us, linked to the teaching system of the schools.
We want to improve and compare skills and management strategies, new methodologies, develop innovative outputs.

JOB SHADOWING will help address the needs and achieve the goals described in our European Development Plan to:
–develop our cultural awareness and understanding of contemporary France/Spain/English
–improve our knowledge of the French/Spanish/English education system
–share and discover new resources and ideas suitable for the teaching of French/Spanish/English at secondary level
–provide participants with cross-curricular materials/ideas suitable for the teaching
–develop new school partnerships for on-going curriculum development and longer-term mutually beneficial links through programmes such as eTwinning and SEG
–set up an on-going exchange between the teachers from various schools through videoconferencing,emails, podcasting and postal mail
–make formal observations and gain an understanding of how the curriculum in different schools is organised
–understand the education system in other European Countries
–gain a good understanding of the teaching strategies and resources used in other European schools
–develop innovative outputs
–engage into intensive dissemination and exploitation activities of products or innovative ideas
–develop and reinforce good practices in new and innovative pedagogies, including multi-disciplinary approaches, new curriculum design, delivery and assessment methods
–increase our capacity to operate at transnational level, share and confront ideas, practices and methods
–promote and reward excellence in teaching and skills development
–strengthen the profiles of our teaching professions
–promote comprehensive approaches to language teaching and learning, building on the increasing linguistic diversity in our school

Essere in possesso di:
1) Competenze linguistiche certificate (livello A1, A2, B1)
2) Competenze digitali, di cittadinanza europea, inclusione scolastica e di gestione
3) Essere disponibili a lavorare alla pianificazione, realizzazione e implementazione di tutto il
progetto e partecipare a tutte le riunioni organizzative;
3) Pianificare le mobilità e collaborare con la Dirigente e la segreteria nella loro realizzazione.

The 5 selected COURSES of SEG include:

TRAINING COURSES will integrate the competences and experiences acquired by the staff taking part in its strategic development in the future because the staff can
• become aware of the key issues related to CLIL methodology for English–as well as Spanish or French– as second language, within the context of the blended, flipped and cooperative learning
• design and develop concrete CLIL teaching and learning contents and projects
• get inspired on how to integrate CLIL in flippled and blended learning through ICT and digital tools
• promote and develop awareness of interactive teaching methods
learn how WEB 2.0 tools can support learning
• experience the positive effects of interactive teaching methods in increasing students' motivation
• provide multicultural environment for sharing experience related to the use of interactive methods of teachings
• improve communication skills by working collaboratively in transnational groups and student engagement and retention during classes
• recognize the need to meet the “digital learners” on a new level
• understand the role in preparing our students to become “online learners”
•generate ready‐to‐use materials, practical ideas and current online applications to support school or organizational development in the field of ICT, promote universal access to education
• support open educational resources (OER) and open learning environment in education, foster collaboration between educational sectors including disadvantaged learners
•improve key competences such as critical thinking through media and digital literacy, promote use of ICT to enhance quality and relevance of mainstream education at all levels
•revise and develop personal and professional competences, build confidence in promoting use of ICT in education, support innovative and active pedagogies responsive to social and cultural diversity
•gain broader understanding of practices, policies and systems of education of different countries,cultivate mutual respect, intercultural awareness and embed common educational and training values
•meet colleagues of different nationalities within the EU, engage in cross-cultural learning experience, exchange ideas and build a network for future international cooperation
